Our Story

I found Arthur’s curated social media content in April 2025 and contacted him to arrange an in-person meeting. We connected and share the same vision when providing guiding services. After several tours with him in Suzhou, his guiding skills and service stood out—personal, engaging, and noticeably neat. His deep historical knowledge taught me a great deal.

In February 2026, during Chinese New Year, when my father visited, I hired Arthur as his personal guide. My father greatly enjoyed his company, so I believe Arthur deserves more recognition and should be highlighted on this website.

My name is Arthur Cheng, a licensed Suzhou tour guide and experience designer who specializes in private tours for international visitors.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of hosting many travellers from Germany, Vietnam, the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.. Many of these guests are overseas Chinese families or business travelers visiting Suzhou for the first time.

My role is not only to show you the city, but also to help you navigate Suzhou comfortably and confidently with my local know-how and recommendations.

From arranging comfortable transportation, recommending local restaurants, and designing custom itineraries, I aim to ensure every visitor enjoys an unforgettable experience in Suzhou.

我叫Arthur，香港出生長大、美國留學、曾派駐新加坡，曾居於中國重慶、上海、定居蘇州超過10年嘅香港人，國內持證英語導遊，專門為來自世界各地的旅客提供私人導覽服務。

多年來，我曾接待過不少來自德國、越南、美國、加拿大、英國、澳洲、新加坡、馬來西亞 等地的粵語自由行旅客。佢哋大部分係海外華人家庭，或是到中國內地出差的商務旅客，绝大部分只會英文或者廣東話，因此我哋喺蘇州可以利用我嘅兩文三語能力隨時切換，突破語言障礙，減低不必要誤會，大大增加行程嘅效率同舒適度。

    2 guests - 3300 CNY per day

    3 guests - 3600 CNY per day

  • 4 guests - 3900 CNY per day

    5 guests - 4200 CNY per day

  • 6 guests - 4500 CNY per day

    7 guests - 4800 CNY per day

Arthur is a co-founder of a licensed travel agency based in Suzhou. The listed price is correlated with the number of guests and the private vehicle day rate for reference only.
