For airport pickups, the driver will track your flight and provide 90 minutes of free waiting time after the flight has landed.
For airport drop-offs, the driver will wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
If no contact is made and the passenger does not appear within the free waiting window, the booking is considered a no-show with no refund.
If communication is made and the client requests the driver to continue waiting, an overtime waiting fee of 100 CNY per hour will apply beyond the free waiting time.

Terms and Conditions for Airport Transfers
This is a one-way private transfer service between Shanghai airports and your destination within Shanghai.
Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Final confirmation will be provided via email or WeChat.
Please note: Payment alone does not guarantee the service until confirmed.All transportation services are operated under a licensed legal entity authorized to run private transportation in China.
All drivers are professionally trained, certified, and qualified to provide safe and reliable transfer services.
Flight number and arrival date/time must be provided accurately at the time of booking.
No refunds will be issued if incorrect flight information results in missed service.
Changes to flight, arrival time, or date must be reported before boarding flights or trains.
Your professional driver will monitor your flight in real time and adjust for early or delayed arrivals.
Upon landing, your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a sign reading:
“genieyip – passenger name”.A 90-minute grace period is included from the actual flight arrival time.
If the client does not show up within this window, and no contact is made, the booking is considered forfeited and non-refundable.
All fees are all-inclusive (driver, parking, tolls); no hidden costs.
A surcharge of 100 CNY is applied for night services (22:00-06:00), please choose the service accordingly.

Parking fees are not included and must be paid at cost by the client at the end of the hire (pay-as-you-go, no markup).
The base service includes up to 100 kilometers of travel within Shanghai city limits.
Additional mileage beyond the first 100km will be charged as follows:
Luxury MPV (Toyota Alpahard / Volvo EM90 / Zeekr 009): ¥15 CNY per km
All other vehicle categories: ¥8 CNY per km
The hire includes the first 8 hours. Overtime charges apply beyond this duration:
Luxury MPV: ¥150 CNY per additional hour
Other vehicles: ¥100 CNY per additional hour
Clients are required to provide a planned itinerary, including date, time, pickup location, and final drop-off location, for accurate distance and time estimation.
