Private Transportation Booking

This is a one-way private transfer service between Shanghai airports and your destination within Shanghai.

1. Booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Final confirmation will be provided via email or WeChat.

2. 100% Upfront Payment via genieyip.com, an invoice with payment link will be sent to your email.
   Please note: Payment alone does not guarantee the service until confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

   • 100% refund if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

   • 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

   • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

4. All transportation services are operated under a licensed legal entity authorized to run private transportation in China.

5. All drivers are professionally trained, certified, and qualified to provide safe and reliable transfer services.

6. Flight number and arrival date/time must be provided accurately at the time of booking.

   • No refunds will be issued if incorrect flight information results in missed service.

   • Changes to flight, arrival time, or date must be reported before boarding flights or trains.

7. Your professional driver will monitor your flight in real time and adjust for early or delayed arrivals.

8. Upon landing, your driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a sign reading:
   “genieyip – passenger name”.

9. A 90-minute grace period is included from the actual flight arrival time.

   • If the client does not show up within this window, and no contact is made, the booking is considered forfeited and non-refundable.

10. All fees are all-inclusive (driver, parking, tolls); no hidden costs.

11. A surcharge of 100 CNY is applied for night services (22:00-06:00), please choose the service accordingly.

12. All pricing is transparent and non-markup—you only pay for the service itself. Tipping is entirely optional and not expected. If you feel your driver has provided exceptional service, a tip is a welcome gesture of appreciation. 100% of tips go directly to the driver.
